Multiplier Events

9 Multiplier events will be organised throughout the project.

A first Multiplier Event will be carried out in parallel in all partner institutions in June 2017 with the aim of presenting the methodological framework and a demo version of the app.This multiplier event wants to address internal decision makers and students. It is in fact intended as a milestone also for internal purposes: this is the first large-scale event of dissemination of the project results, and the awareness of internal stakeholders about the project is given much importance for its appropriate valorisation.

A second multiplier event will be carried out by each partner institution in January 2018 on the eve of the start of the testing phase. The target will be mainly students from international institutions, selected as pilot users of the app. It will be an introductory seminar with the aim of presenting the app to the students and instructing them about the project’s expectations regarding their activity.Their participation is given a strategic importance for the creation of multiplication effect, because it will allow to reach other target groups external to the consortium.

A final multiplier event will be carried out in July 2018 in Rimini with the aim of valorising and promoting the results of the project. This will be the official launch of the app, which is the main result of the ILOCALAPP project. The event will happen with the participation of representatives of all project member institutions, since it will concern all language versions of the app.
